Squire Terry and Sue Thank you Would like to thank everyone who sent cards, gifts, flowers and donations on the occasion of their Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Donations in lieu of gifts have covered the cost of the two new Altar frontals for St Peter's Church. Almost 70kg of tinned and packet food was donated by guests attending an Open House, to be given to the Northern Devon Foodbank. Special thanks to Veronica Mold, Katie at the Journal, The Little Pantry at Woolsery, Jane Bosley, Maria Loosemore and Monica Roberts for help in the kitchen, the Archdeacon of Barnstaple the Venerable Dr Mark Butchers, North East Church Supplies, Ridds the Florists, Carole-Anne Jewellery, Daphne and helpers in St Peter's kitchen and Roger Martin, organist. It was a truly happy and memorable weekend of celebrations.
